Technical Architecture / Team Leader (#77) Job Description: You will lead a team of 9 people performing quality assessment, designing business skills and writing functional designs into technical designs. You will need to communicate in English both by telephone and email. Our client is a major international investment bank; we develop, maintain and support their global 24/7 trade settlement system that processes trades from the London Stock Exchange and other stock markets around the world. Job Requirements: · Bachelors degree or higher in computer related studies · Excellent spoken and written English · At least 2 years project management experience leading teams with over 7 people · Able to perform quality assessment, scheduling and design business skills · Able to translate functional designs into technical designs · Familiarity with Java and Oracle · Background in western accounting / banking systems would be a plus China Test Team Leader软件测试小组组长 (#80) You will be joining a global team, working closely with colleagues who are based in China, UK and US; you will need to communicate in English both by telephone and email. Job Description: l Organise training required to support testing team development and to meet client requirements. l Evaluate and supervise Test Analysts work performance including their evaluation and supervision of test team members allocated to their projects. l Work with the local Human Resources and Office Management to deal with formal disciplinary procedures. l Allocate resources to Test Analysts to meet their project needs while balancing these against the needs of other projects and clients. l Act as mediator to resolve any conflicts between team members. l Authorise holiday and other leave for team members. Job Requirements: l Degree in Computer Science or related subject l Alternatively a Degree in financial or business related courses or client specific industry may be considered. l Minimum 4 years testing experience including at least 2 year supervisory/management l Project management experience including the use of project management tools such as MS Project. l Experience in recruitment and skills assessment. l Ability to manage and motivate team members l ISEB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing or equivalent qualification would be an advantage l High standard of both oral and written English.
